Do we need to build an API?
Usually not. Share your appointment system or public booking page and we’ll investigate the best way to connect it.
What will connecting improve?
It can make booking easier for patients by showing available appointments and reducing the steps between finding your service and securing a booking.
Will connecting improve our ranking?
We don’t sell better placement. Patients choose SOONEST, CHEAPEST or CLOSEST, and the results follow that choice. Available appointment times can improve your position when patients sort by SOONEST.
What patient data would we receive?
For a booking made through us, only the details needed to make that appointment in your system, for example, a name and contact details. We’ll agree the minimum with you during setup. We don’t collect medical records, test results or sexual histories.
Do we need an account?
No. You can share your booking setup and agree integration access without an Find STI Tests account. Optional sign-in brings your listings, change requests and connection status together in a personalised dashboard, so your team can keep information current and follow the progress of setup.
How do we share credentials?
Please don’t send passwords or API keys through the form or email. Once we’ve verified who can authorise access, we’ll guide you through a secure connection or credential setup.
